JNJ Industries SmartRoll® 7000 Wiping Under Stencil Roll

JNJ Industries OmniRoll is a cellulose/polyester blend cleanroom grade wiping roll suitable for all understencil wiping requirements, for stencil printers with and without vacuum assisted wiping systems. This wipe effectively absorbs and removes solder paste, flux, epoxy, ink, and other stencil printing residues, keeping the bottom side of stencils clean. Clean stencils help to prevent misprinted boards, keeping the boards clean and free of excess solder, solder balls, and other contamination that can cause defects. The OmniRoll has excellent air flow characteristics which allows the printer’s vacuum system to work as it was designed to, because it does not restrict the air flow through the wipe. - Excess solder paste is drawn out of the stencil apertures (ideal for ultra-fine pitch), minimizing the risk of solder paste being transferred to the bottom of the stencil where it does not belong. The material composition also makes it an ideal roll for printers that have not been upgraded with vacuum assisted wiper systems. Very low in lint, solvent resistant, with a high rate of absorbency, whether it is used wet or dry.
