Loctite 561 is designed for the locking and sealing of pre-torqued metal pipes and fittings. It is supplied in a self-feeding applicator stick that facilitates application of the material where a conventional liquid or paste product would be difficult to use. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.
