3M Scotch-Weld nitrile high performance plastic adhesive 1099 is a fast drying and heat curable plastic adhesive. Bonds have high strength, resist weathering, water, oil and fuel. It is excellent for bonding most vinyl extrusions and sheeting. Also bonds many fabrics. Fast drying and heat curable. - Resists weathering, water, oil, plasticizer migration, aliphatic fuels. It is fast drying and has good resistance to plasticizer migration. Air dried bonds have high strength, resist weathering, water, oil and fuel.
