Elantas PDG Sterling® EA50 Two-Component Epoxy Adhesive System, Epoxy Base Type, Room Temperature Cure Type, >94 °C (ASTM D93) Flash Point, 96 hr At 25 °C/77 °F or 2 hr At 163 °C to 177 °C/325 °F to 350 °F Full Cure Time. - Sterling® E A50 T-7B is a filled, 100%-solids, two-component epoxy resin system.
Features
- Room temperature or heat cure
- Thixotropic for minimal flow during cure
- Supplied in 6-gram pre-weighed, two-component burst-packs
- Conforms to GE aircraft engine group specification A50T7 class B requirements
- Break burst-pack dividing seal, mix resin and hardener together by kneading with fingers until homogeneous
- Gel Time: 15 - 20 min at 125 °C/257 °F (Sunshine)
- Flash Point: >94 °C (ASTM D93)
