This adhesive is designed to provide high strength, high temperature resistance and smooth bond lines. It features slightly lower thermal conductivity than other 2214 epoxies, with higher dielectric strength. - 3M Scotch-Weld epoxy adhesive 2214 non-metallic filled is designed for use in applications where high strength bonds are needed in a temperature range of -67 to 250 °F. It can cure at 248 °F.
