3M 90 electrical tape is a white glass cloth coated with a rubber, thermosetting adhesive. The glass cloth has excellent high temperature resistance, tensile strength and offers superior absorption of electrical insulating resins and varnishes. - The tape also exhibits resistance to raveling and fraying which facilitates automated application and improves aesthetics. Woven glass cloth tape coated with a rubber, thermosetting adhesive.
