Bearing Isolators and Seals provide bearing protection for all different types of rotating mechanisms. Bearing Isolators are made of two parts: a stator and a rotor.
The stator is fitted into the bearing while the rotor is attached to the shaft. Together, the rotor and stator form a multifaceted labyrinth seal. This seal is designed to keep contaminants out while keeping lubrication and necessary materials in. Bearing Isolator parts are made from tough materials such as Bronze, Nirtile rubber (NBR), Fluoro Rubber, and Polyacrylate Elastomer. These materials are built to last, resisting wear and friction to extend the lifespan of the devices.
