Scotch filament tape 896 is a white polypropylene backing reinforced with glass yarn filaments with a synthetic rubber resin adhesive. Reinforced strapping tape for demanding applications. - General purpose filament reinforced strapping tape provides excellent resistance to nicks and abrasion. Synthetic rubber adhesive has good shear strength to fiber board surfaces for bundling, strapping and reinforcing applications.
